Here we will show you a quick “how to” for transferring a call inside the network with the grandstream GRP2614
When you answer a call.
Press the “Transfer” button, and the speed dial button you wish to transfer the call to. By Default it will do this via the attentive transfer option. This means you will speak to the person first. If that person is happy to have the call.
Press the transfer button that is below the red transfer on the screen. The caller will now be connected to the new extension and you can hang up.
If you select the Blind Transfer button. The caller will be transferred automatically to the extension you wish to send it to. Without you speaking to that person.
