A penetration test, also known as a pen test, pentest or ethical hacking, is an authorised simulated attack on a computer system, performed to evaluate the security of the system. The test is performed to identify weaknesses or vulnerabilities, including the potential for unauthorised parties to gain access to the system’s features and data, enabling a full risk assessment to be completed.

Midgard are able to provide constant checks on your perimeter or firewall gateway. After the initial test, a regular report is produced and any changes highlighted. This low cost service allows you to be sure no unauthorised changes are made.
