We’ve added a new page to the client portal that gives clients a visual view of their phone system layout.
The idea is simple: instead of trying to piece together how a phone system works from separate settings, you can now see the call flow as a graphic.

The layout shows where calls come in, which calendars are checked, which call flows are used, and where the call eventually ends up. That might be an auto attendant, a ring group, or
another destination within the phone system.
It’s only one page, and it’s built as a simple SVG graphic, but we think it makes the setup much easier to understand. It should be especially useful when reviewing existing call routing
or explaining how a phone system is currently configured.
We’re also working on more portal improvements. Coming soon, clients will be able to view Microsoft tenant information, including users and licence details, directly from the portal.
