To their customers, nothing looks different. The customer dials the local 01792 number, and a staff member answers on their laptop or mobile app. The call quality is clear. When they dial out, the customer sees the Swansea office number, not a Spanish mobile.

Why traditional phones are on the way out
Traditional phone lines (ISDN) are being switched off across the UK. They’re expensive, inflexible, and they tie you to a physical location.
